JAKARTA On this day, Friday (11/12/2015), the Indonesia Stock Exchange re-arrival of new issuers, PT Kino Indonesia Tbk.
KINO-coded company’s stock began trading today and become the 18th new issuers to be listed on the BEI throughout 2015.
Based on data from the company that is quoted in Business, Kino release 16% or 228.57 million shares to the public through an IPO (initial public offering / IPO).
The IPO price set at Rp3.800 per share that the company will earn funds Rp868,57 billion from the corporate action.
Of these funds, 27% will be used to purchase or acquire similar companies.
Furthermore, 50% was allocated for capital expenditure to support the organic growth of the Group Kino. As for the rest of 23% will be used for working capital purposes.
In corporate actions, the company appointed PT Deutsche Securities Indonesia, PT Credit Suisse Securities Indonesia and PT Indo Premier Securities as underwriters.
